MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

We have a minimum trade order value of £50.00 (excluding VAT & delivery)

PayPal: If you wish to pay by this method,

2. Proceed to checkout and select "PayPal" as your method of payment
3. You will then go through PayPal's secure payment pages where you can pay by credit card or debit card

Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer / Internet Banking: If you wish to pay by this method,

1. Add goods to your shopping cart
2. Proceed to checkout and select "Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer / Internet Banking" as your method of payment

• Payment made by CASH DEPOSIT directly to our bank account will be cleared on the same day
• Payment made by CHEQUE DEPOSIT directly to our bank account will take 5-7 working days for clearance
• Payment made by Bank Transfer or Internet Banking will take 3-5 working days for clearance

Cheque / Postal Order: If you wish to pay by this method,

1. Add goods to your shopping cart
2. Proceed to checkout and select "Cheque/ Postal Order" as your method of payment

• Cheques must be made payable to "Midlands Cash & Carry"
• Please ensure that you write your FULL NAME, ADDRESS and ORDER NUMBER on the reverse of the cheque
• It is helpful if you could print a copy of the order and enclose it with the cheque or postal order
• Please allow 5-7 working days for the clearance of cheque
• Payment made by Postal order will be cleared on the same day we receive it

BACK ORDER POLICY

We do not keep back orders for items that are sold out at the time of ordering. We will inform you by email about any adjustments we make in your order and will do a full refund of the difference amount.

• If you have paid by PayPal we will refund your money back through PayPal
• If you have paid by Cheque/Postal Order/Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer/Internet Banking we will refund your money by cheque
• You will get your refund along with your order
