DELIVERY CHARGES

WE OFFER NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICE (within EU) THROUGH DHL EXPRESS

Our shipping charges are calculated as a STANDARD 15% within Mainland Britain, 25% for Northern Ireland and 30% for Islands and Scottish Highlands of the total order value (excluding VAT)

• Minimum shipping charge for our minimum order value of £50.00(ex VAT) for Mainland Britain is £7.50
• Minimum shipping charge for our minimum order value of £50.00(ex VAT) for Islands & Scottish Highlands is £15.50
• Minimum shipping charge for our minimum order value of £50.00(ex VAT) for Northern Ireland is £12.50

DELIVERY TIME SCALE

You will receive your order on the 4th working day from the date we receive payment for your order (except for Scottish Higlands, Northern Ireland and International deliveries - see below for details). See example table below:

• For all international deliveries, please email us for exact time scales
• Islands and Scottish Highlands means all addresses within the postcode areas beginning with PH19-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27 & KA28, HS and all addresses within the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly. An additional 48 hours should be allowed for deliveries in these areas
• For all deliveries to Northern Ireland please allow additional 2-3 working days

ORDER TRACKING

• You will receive an email confirmation with the parcel tracking number once we ship your order
• You can track your order on DHL website, http://track.dhlgroup.co.uk/tracking/ by clicking "By Ident Code" under "Next day" and enter the parcel tracking number
• Alternatively you can track your order by calling DHL on 0870 240 0555 using the parcel tracking number

What happens if nobody is in?

• You must be available to receive the delivery; otherwise the courier will post a card through the letterbox with their local branch phone number
• Your parcel will be held by DHL for 7 days available for you to collect from their local branch
• If you request for the parcel redelivery then there will be a £10.00 redelivery charge
• If you do not collect the order within 7 days there will be a 20% admin charge and the original shipping charge WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
